Quick answer

Nose bridge filler (non-surgical rhinoplasty) uses hyaluronic acid injected along the nasal dorsum to add height, smooth small bumps and improve the side profile. The procedure takes about 15–20 minutes with numbing; swelling or redness may last 1–2 days. Results are visible immediately and touch-ups are usually needed every 9–12 months. Filler costs about ₩250,000–₩500,000 per 1cc, with 1–2cc typically used.

What are nose bridge fillers?

Nose bridge fillers are dermal injections, usually hyaluronic acid (HA), placed carefully along the nasal dorsum (bridge). Often called a "non-surgical nose job", they can:

  • Add height or structure to a flat or low nasal bridge
  • Camouflage minor bumps or irregular contours
  • Create the impression of a slimmer, straighter nose
  • Improve facial balance, especially in profile

The aim in Korea is usually a natural, subtle refinement rather than a dramatic change.

Who is a good candidate?

  • People with a low or flat nasal bridge who want more definition
  • Patients with a small dorsal bump or mild asymmetry
  • Those who want to preview a result before considering surgery

Fillers are not suitable for major nasal deviation, breathing problems or significant tip reshaping, where surgical rhinoplasty may be needed. For tip refinement see nose tip fillers.

The procedure step by step

  • Consultation and nasal analysis with the doctor
  • Numbing cream or local anaesthetic
  • Filler placed along the bridge with a microcannula or fine needle
  • Gentle moulding and symmetry check
  • Cooling and aftercare instructions

The injection itself takes about 15–20 minutes.

Recovery, results and safety

Results are visible immediately. Mild swelling, redness or bruising may last 1–2 days. Because HA filler is gradually absorbed, most patients have a touch-up every 9–12 months. HA filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if adjustment is needed.

Safety: the nose has many small blood vessels, so filler must be injected by an experienced doctor using careful technique. Report any skin blanching, colour change or increasing pain immediately.

Frequently asked questions

How long do nose bridge fillers last?

Hyaluronic acid nose filler usually lasts around 9–12 months before a touch-up is needed, depending on the product and individual metabolism.

Is there downtime after nose filler?

Downtime is minimal; some swelling or redness may last 1–2 days. Avoid pressing on the nose or wearing heavy glasses for a short period as advised.

How much does nose filler cost in Seoul?

About ₩250,000–₩500,000 per 1cc, and most noses need 1–2cc.

Is nose filler safe?

It is generally safe when performed by an experienced doctor, but the nose is a high-risk vascular area, so technique and product choice matter. HA filler can be dissolved if needed.

Can filler fix a nose tip or a crooked nose?

Filler can refine minor irregularities, but significant deviation or tip reshaping often requires surgical rhinoplasty.
