Sculptra for Buttocks in Seoul: Non-Surgical Volume & Lift
Collagen-stimulating PLLA injections that gradually add fullness, shape and a subtle lift to the buttocks — without implants or fat transfer.
Sculptra buttock enhancement uses poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) injections to stimulate your own collagen, gradually adding volume, improving shape and smoothing indentations. Most patients need 2–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, typically 6–20 vials per session depending on anatomy and goals. Early improvement appears at 6–8 weeks, full results at 3–4 months, and results usually last about 2–3 years; downtime is limited to mild soreness, swelling or bruising.
What is Sculptra buttock enhancement?
Sculptra is a collagen-stimulating injectable made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). Instead of adding instant volume like a filler, it prompts the body to produce new collagen, which gradually increases fullness, improves shape and gives a subtle lift. It is a non-surgical option for people who do not want implants or fat grafting, including slim patients without enough fat to transfer.
What it can improve
- Fuller, rounder buttock contour and projection
- Flat or uneven buttocks
- Hip dips and lateral indentations (see Sculptra for hip dips)
- Lower-buttock lift and crepey skin
- Appearance of cellulite, by thickening the skin
