Measured, then treated
Your plan starts with a Mark-Vu 3D scan of pores, wrinkles, pigmentation, sebum and tone. We recommend nothing before your skin has been measured.
One price list for everyone
We charge international patients exactly what we charge Korean patients. Your cost depends on your plan, product and dose, never on your passport.
You can check every product
Ask us to unseal products in front of you to check the packaging, lot number and expiry date. A syringe opened for you is used only for you, at the full stated amount.
Care in plain English
Your consultation, treatment and aftercare are explained directly by your doctor in English, not through an interpreter. Your skin report goes home with you on your phone.

Mark-Vu 3D skin analysis
A scan measures pores, wrinkles, pigmentation, sebum, tone and estimated skin age. You get the report by QR code in your language.

Your doctor explains the results and builds a plan with clear prices. You decide. There is no pressure to book anything.

Same-day treatment
If you go ahead, treatment usually happens the same day and the ₩55,000 consultation fee is waived. Some plans are better split over two visits within your stay.

You leave with written aftercare instructions and can keep messaging us on WhatsApp after you return home.
Honest pricing
Why the same treatment costs different amounts in Gangnam.

The same treatment name can mean very different things from clinic to clinic. The price usually reflects what is actually included.
- The stated volume is the volume used. A syringe or vial opened for you is used fully on you and never carried over to another patient.
- Products unsealed in front of you, on request. Check packaging, lot number and expiry date before anything is used.
- High-end lifting devices only. We use Ultherapy Prime, Thermage FLX and XERF. We do not use Inmode, Onda or Oligio.
- A Key Doctor performs your treatment. Not a nurse or technician.
- No VAT refund, anywhere. Korea's VAT refund for foreign patients on cosmetic treatment has ended for every clinic. Be careful of any clinic still advertising one.

Straight answers.
Do the doctors speak English?
Yes. Every doctor and staff member at NEST Clinic Gangnam is fluent in English. Your consultation, treatment and aftercare are handled directly in English, without an interpreter. Chinese and Japanese are also spoken.
Can I have my consultation and treatment on the same day?
Yes. Most international patients are treated on the day of their first visit: skin analysis, then consultation, then treatment. Nothing is performed before your skin has been examined in person.
How much is the consultation?
₩55,000, which includes the Mark-Vu skin analysis. It is waived if you have treatment the same day.
Do foreigners pay more?
No. We charge the same prices regardless of nationality. What changes the cost is your treatment plan, the product, the dose and the number of sessions.
Can I get a VAT refund on my treatment?
No. The special measure that allowed foreign patients to claim VAT back on cosmetic treatment in Korea has expired. This applies to every clinic in the country.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major international credit cards, Apple Pay and cash in Korean won. You pay at the clinic after your consultation. No deposit or prepayment is needed to book.
Are all the doctors female? Can men book?
Every doctor and staff member is female. That describes our team, not who may book. Patients of every gender are welcome.
Can I keep my skin analysis report?
Yes. Your Mark-Vu report is sent to your phone by QR code in one of 11 languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Portuguese and Polish, so you can compare results on your next visit.
